We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GP to join our dynamic practice. You will have the opportunity to work across sites in both a modern, state-of-the-art health centre (High Oak Surgery) and a more traditional setting (Chapel Street Surgery) as part of an NHS Trust. This diverse role offers the chance to provide high-quality primary care to a wide range of patients with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience to promote career development.
We are looking to appoint 2 GPs to come and work with us, the sessions will be fixed as per the below:
- 1 GP: Monday PM and Friday AM and PM ( 3 Sessions)
- 1 GP: Friday AM and PM (2 Sessions)
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Conducting patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone)
- Diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions
- Prescribing medications
- Providing health education and advice for patients
- Managing chronic diseases
- Participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to clinical guidelines and best practice
- Participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Contributing to the development and implementation of practice policies
- Supporting the training and development of other healthcare professionals
