Job overview

To provide an efficient and effective administrative service that enhances productivity, supports teams’ objectives, and ensures smooth day to day operations to the COMPASS service. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and team secretarial duties, requiring strong organisational, ICT skills. They will oversee systems that support clinical treatments and ensure the efficient day‑to‑day running of administrative and team secretarial functions across COMPASS services.

A high level of accuracy is required for data entry, including the interpretation and processing of information on both the Rio and ILLY systems.

Key responsibilities will include attending meetings, booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking and producing accurate minutes. The post holder will respond to enquiries from clients and professionals in a polite, friendly and courteous manner. They will also coordinate training venues, input training data, and collect teaching information on behalf of the COMPASS team.
