Are you looking for a new challenge in your nursing role?
We are excited to welcome you to join our expanding Imaging nursing team and provide strong leadership within the Imaging Department across all sites within DGFT .
The nursing team play an active part within the Imaging department providing support across all modalities. An oversight of all areas is an integral part of this role as well as being an active part of the Senior Management team.
This is a varied and challenging role that is pivitol to the success of the department,
Main duties of the job
Be an active part of the Senior Management team.
Lead the Imaging nursing team
Support improvements in Patient Experience along with dealing with Pals complaints, Datix and resolving issues.
Ensure clinical compliance and produce reports for relevant meetings

- Experience of Leadership Management Development/Leading a team
- Knowledge of current issues in Healthcare

Experience

- Substantial post registration Experience at Band 7
