Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Undergraduate Team at Russells Hall Hospital. The post holder’s primary responsibilities will be the planning, organisation and administration of medical student placements and medical student Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills with an ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff within the Trust, including students, patients and consultants.

Qualifications & Education
Essential criteria
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience
Knowledge and Training
Essential criteria
- High level of organisation
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and IT and a willingness to embrace changes to digital technology
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of undergraduate medical education administration processes, policies and procedures

- Previous NHS experience
- Experience of working in an educational environment
- Experience of coordinating exams and assessments in an education setting
