12 month secondment opportunity.

To undertake the supervision and line management of administration team within the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team,  Steps to Recovery and Psychological services.

To respond positively and flexibly to changing and often urgent demands to ensure the assurance and standard maintains a professional and responsive function. Use own initiative in all areas of work in the absence of colleagues and immediate Senior Managers.

 

Main duties of the job

Undertake any other duties as delegated to the post holder by the Support Service Manager which is within the post holder’s competence.

Knowledge of and ability to submit management of information on the Trusts Electronics systems and to provide training and support to colleagues when necessary.

To prioritise and organise day to day management of own workload and to be able to multitask and plan work for various timescales.

To respond to requests for information from a variety of sources, requiring decision making as appropriate
