The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Assertive Outreach Services and will need to maintain Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.

Training and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent
- GCSE Grade C/4+ in English
Desirable criteria
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths – Grade C or above
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Up to date knowledge and experienced in the use of Microsoft packages to include word, excel and outlook
- Experience in dealing with a range of disciplines and agencies
- Experience of dealing with sensitive situations
- Working knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a client facing organisation
Skills & abilities
Essential criteria
- Ability to take notes at meetings
- Ability to transcribe from audio, using digital dictation systems, Big Hand
Desirable criteria
- Previous Experience of working in a Health or Public Sector environment.
- Working knowledge of RIO
Organising and Prioritising
Essential criteria
- Ability to deal with professionally with distressing information and with distressing / difficult patients
- Able to plan own work, ensuring timelines are met.
- To have a demonstrable commitment to quality assurance and maintain accurate records
- Ability to assess the importance/urgency of a situation and take appropriate action
