Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Team Secretary to provide support to the Erdington & Kingstanding Home Treatment Team, based at Northcroft site in Erdington. The role is 15hrs per week on a Thursday and Friday (9am - 5pm). 

As a key member of the administration team this is a varied role involving all aspects of secretarial and general administration duties. 

It is essential that the applicant is able to work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will need to be well organised, able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Team Manager and clinical staff within the team.  To operate within the team’s systems and act as part of a wider administration/secretarial team. The successful candidate will be a consummate team player possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills.
