Working as part of a collaborative training and digital learning team, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality learning resources. You will help produce engaging digital content and support the facilitation of blended and face‑to‑face training sessions for staff across the organisation. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance on site at least once a week, with on‑site presence increasing as we approach launch. Depending on your experience, you may also take on additional responsibilities for classroom‑based training delivery.
We welcome applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to design engaging learning experiences.
- Supporting the delivery of virtual, blended, and in‑person training sessions.

- Evaluating training effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement.
Main duties of the job
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, engaging, and innovative digital learning materials, as well as face‑to‑face training resources, to support an excellent end‑user learning experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leads to identify the most effective blended learning approaches for the CareFlow EPR rollout.
- Identify learner needs and design training materials that are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organisational requirements.
- Work closely with the wider training team to adapt existing face‑to‑face content into digital formats, with a strong emphasis on scenario‑based learning, and translate storyboards into compelling digital learning experiences.
- Design and develop digital learning courses using authoring tools, graphic design software, video, and animation tools.
- Support the ongoing use, maintenance, and development of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is easy to navigate and supports high levels of learner engagement.
