An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust's Education and Training department for a Resuscitation and Clinical Skills Trainer.

Are you a registered health professional with a passion for education and training, possess excellent people skills and have the confidence to teach and present to staff from all areas of the organisation?

Please note, this is a Trainer Role that is involved in the following areas of Training:

* Local course service delivery e.g. BLS, PBLS

* National curriculum course delivery, e.g. ALS, ATLS, PILS

* Post Graduate and Undergraduate Simulation Training Programmes

* Clinical Skills Training e.g. Venepuncture & Catheterisation

* Internal and External bespoke training courses e.g. in keeping with clinical need and demand

* The post holder will also be expected to carry the cardiac arrest bleep, representing the Clinical Skills & Resuscitation department within the RWT Cardiac Arrest Team.

The Post holder will work at postgraduate level  members of the Clinical Skills and Resuscitation Services team.  He/she will be actively involved with the ongoing development & delivery of the in-service Clinical Skills & Resuscitation training programme across the Trust.

In addition he/she will be actively involved in the continued development & delivery of the multidisciplinary simulation and national curriculum, undergraduate and foundation year one doctors programs.  Innovative and dynamic the posts will also ensure relevant Audit and Research Programmes are developed and maintained.
