Join our large and inspirational Adult Therapies Service as UHBW as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, where you will develop your career in-line with the RCOT Career Framework!

This is an exciting cross-site rotational role where you will gain specialist skills and knowledge to help develop and guide you through your career.

Main duties of the job

Main duties and responsibilities: 

Within this role, you will rotate across a variety of specialities and sites across both Bristol & Weston. These rotations include: 

  • Medicine                                                        Trauma and Orthopaedics 

  • Critical Care, Cardiac and Surgery            • Older Person Therapy including Front Door 

  • Stroke                • Paediatrics 

  • Oncology                 

 

During your rotationyou’ll be building relationships with new teams and adapting to new environments, all that offer unique benefits and incentives such as: 
 

  • Supportive, integrated team working 

  • IST/journal clubs/ research opportunities  

  • Protected and regular Clinical supervision from a Team Lead OT/ Clinical Specialist OT 

  • Service development and QI projects
