· Manage Teams meetings, room/venue bookings and audio-visual equipment as required.
· Responsible for the scheduling and management of several formal and informal meetings, and completing succinct minutes for records and auditing purposes.
· Support successful management of all Academy associated projects by working alongside multiple programme managers simultaneously and providing support as needed.
· Give administrative support to the Academy’s associated organisations, specifically the Buckinghamshire Coaching and Mentoring Pool
· Maintain and update a contact management record for internal and external stakeholders
· Coordinate and manage social media platforms, website design, and relationships with Partnered Comms Teams
