The post holder will play a vital role in the Buckinghamshire Integrated Neighbourhood work and work closely with Dr Ana Phelps, Clinical Chair, and Ms Katriona Kennedy, Director of Nursing. They will share responsibility for the Care Group's performance and staff wellbeing, relying on each other's strengths to deliver the operational, financial and quality targets agreed with the Trust. A strong partnership between the Triumvirate members and their deputies is essential.
