Trosolwg o'r swydd

To provide skilled assistance in the Outpatient Department to both patients and clinicians. To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure all patients receive the best care, investigations and information that they need or want. The postholder  is expected to carry out all the relevant forms of care without direct supervision and may be required to demonstrate procedures to, and supervise, students or unqualified staff

  • Ensuring health and safety standards are being adhered to 
  • Overseeing the running of clinics and being visible to assist where needed

  • Knowledge of care planning, preceptorship, reflection and clinical supervision
  • Ability to maintain a safe clinical environment conducive to patient care

Experience

Education, Qualifications & Training

  • Evidence of further continued professional development
  • Post qualification experience in relevant speciality
  • Hold / be working towards an NMC approved mentoring qualification
