Job overview

The Head of PFI hard FM and lifecycle manager will lead the delivery of and be responsible for, the strategic oversight, operational performance, and contract management of all hard FM and lifecycle delivered under the PFI contracts across the Stoke Mandeville, Amersham and Wycombe sites.

 

Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Director of PFI Service Delivery, the postholder will work closely with the PFI providers and Trust stakeholders to manage and develop the delivery of high-quality, safe and efficient hard FM services across the Trust and ensuring that all identified lifecycle works are undertaken and completed in line with agreed programmes of work and with the least possible impact on the Trusts delivery of core activities

The postholder will develop and execute policies and strategies to ensure the alignment of all hard FM services with regulatory requirements and standards and will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing monitoring of these are regularly reviewed and amended as required. Following the contractual process of the PFI agreements if applicable.

The postholder will ensure services are delivered in line with contractual KPIs, quality standards and statutory compliance using the performance monitoring regime contained within the contracts, whilst supporting patient safety, experience and in alignment with Trust objectives and values.
