Staff Nurse - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Department Ophthalmology

Band 5  £31,049 - £37,796 Per annum, pro rata

Hours: 32 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, approachable registered nurse to come and work in Ophthalmology.

You will be part of the nursing team where you will be expected to deliver excellent patient care. The Eye Clinic is a busy, dynamic department which has just gone through a big relocation to Lloyds Court CDC which is an offsite premises. Your duties on the department will include clinic work as well as working in procedure rooms assisting clinicians and nurses to deliver treatments to patients.

Our patients come from all backgrounds and are all ages so you will need to be adaptable. Ideally you will have prior ophthalmic knowledge and skills, but training will be given if not by way of a competency package.

If you have a strong work ethic and you are interested in this post, then we would look forward to your application.
