Clinical:

Your main focus will be to undertake the following clinical procedures under the supervision and direction of the surgical transplant team:

•       Normothermic regional perfusion during deceased organ donation

•       Ex-situ normothermic or hypothermic perfusion of organs to allow recovery and assessment of deceased donor organs using designated ex situ perfusion machines

In addition to the above, you will draw on your current skills and knowledge to undertake further clinical duties associated with transplantation.

Research:

You will contribute to new and ongoing research whilst undertaking their clinical activities by means of accurate data collection during perfusion in line with written protocols and procedures.
