Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) is a Smoke Free Health Board. Smoking is banned across all of the UHB sites. Staff are therefore not able to smoke in the hospital grounds or on any other UHB premises.

Induction: Four weeks supernumerary
Rotation Programmes available: Discovery pathway – across two large teaching Hospitals, University Hospital of Wales and University Hospital Llandough, for those who are really unsure which direction to take. A rotational programme will offer you placements in Emergency Trauma, Spinal Injuries, Trauma Clinic, Elective Orthopaedics including Spinal Surgery.
Development: We offer mentorship programmes and actively support your development. We offer an excellent preceptorship programme supported by our dedicated educational team. At Cardiff and Vale we proactively manage career development to ensure you get the best out of nursing.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
