Job overview

We’re the Improvement Cymru Academy, and form part of Improvement Cymru, the national quality improvement service for NHS Wales.  The Improvement Cymru Academy draws upon local and international learning, bringing new complimentary models of improvement approaches to NHS Wales, as well as integrating offers from partner bodies within Wales.  This brings a wider and deeper lens to improvement science, incorporating safety; flow; system-thinking; spread and scale and behaviour change, all based around a co-productive approach.  The post will focus on supporting the creation of improvement learning and support, building upon the solid foundations already established.
