Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work as part of the Vaccination Programme Wales team, and to lead on a range of transformation initiatives across vaccination in Wales.
Vaccination Programme Wales is seeking to transform the delivery of vaccination in Wales, to meet the needs of our population. This will include implementing exciting, new service developments and various change and improvement opportunities across vaccination.
Hybrid working arrangement available (Bocam Park office 2x days a week).
Main duties of the job
The post holder will promote innovation and best practice in bringing about service change in support of national priorities and drivers. Working closely with the Director of Vaccine Delivery, the wider Vaccination Programme Wales team, Public Health Wales, Digital Health Care Wales and Welsh Government, as well as external stakeholders, the post holder will co-ordinate, develop and implement a range of initiatives designed to improve the delivery of vaccination in Wales.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Be responsible for the overall progress of the Project and use of resources, initiating corrective action where appropriate.
Ensure the scope and objectives of the programmes are clear and interdependencies are managed.
Work with senior managers and teams to identify opportunities for continual service improvement by utilising programme and project management methodologies.
