THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR UPTO 6 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE This post is fixed term until 31st March 2026.This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the EPS roll out in Wales, the successful candidate will gain experience in a variety of areas within Transactional Services. The successful candidate should have a knowledge of working within the NHS and able to build relationships at all levels |
Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Transactional Services. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn new skills from the printing and distribution of smartcards, the preparation and scanning of prescription to digitally filing documents. We are looking for individuals to work in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering a high standard of work. This role is hybrid working and the successful candidate will be required to attend the office a minimum of 3/4 days per week. You will be provided with support and equipment to work from home, but an internet/ Wi-Fi connection is essential. English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply |

- Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
Experience

- Experience of working within a demanding/high intensity administrative role

- Experience of working within the NHS or other public sector body

- Develop interpersonal Skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient in the use of standard IT packages e.g. Microsoft office with the ability to master new applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and equally effective as part of a team
- Able to plan & prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities

- Welsh Speaker Level 1
