In this role, you will support the development of NWSSP’s Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP), contribute to high-quality performance reporting, and develop innovative dashboards and analytical tools. You’ll work with all NWSSP divisions, using data to inform strategic planning and drive service improvement.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with business intelligence tools (such as Power BI), and the ability to interpret complex data to support decision-making. You will also contribute to the coordination of planning processes and performance reviews, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and support the delivery of high-quality services across NHS Wales. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for data and performance, we’d love to hear from you.
