Job overview

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, forward-thinking Senior doctors to join our dynamic, highly supportive, friendly Emergency Department based in Bronglais  General Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The Emergency Department (ED) is an access point for all medical and surgical emergencies for both adults and paediatrics, and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The ED sees in excess of 31,000  presentations a year. The ED consists of a 2  bay Resuscitation area, 4  Majors bays  and a co-located minors which is mixed doctor/ENP led

The hospital is a Rural Trauma Facility as geographically remote and unique to two hospitals in the same Health Board. This is within the South and West Wales Trauma Network.
