Job overview
This is a fixed term/secondment until 30/11/2025 to meet the needs of the service. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee and are applying for this post as a secondment, agreement for the secondment is needed from your current manager prior to application.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our portering team at Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hard working, friendly and conscientious individual to join our team.
Main duties of the job
We have a range of hours which include 24 hours cover including week ends and bank holidays.
Duties range from patients movement, security, driving, post room and waste collection.
Successful candidates will receive full training.
Successful candidates should be available with the need for flexibility in start times, working shifts and hours across the portering service between 07.00 to 24.00 hours. Weekends and bank holidays will also be included.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
