Hywel Dda University Health Board has a new, exciting opportunity for motivated, driven and passionate Specialist Physiotherapists. We currently have a number of Bank vacancies across the three counties, for dynamic Physiotherapists who are keen to join our growing Physiotherapy Team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be working as an autonomous practitioner, providing specialist assessment and clinical reasoning skills, managing a daily complex caseload. The successful candidate could be working in the Acute setting, across critical care, medical and surgical wards, in MSK or in the community

The post holder will work as part of our expanding Physiotherapy service, providing timely and patient-centred care. The post holder will formulate and deliver individualised physiotherapy treatment programmes and progress patients to obtain a safe discharge home. Clinical decisions will be determined using a sound knowledge of evidence-based practice, comprehensive clinical assessment and enhanced reasoning skills.

The post holder will be working closely with the MDT, attending weekly consultant led meetings, ward rounds and board rounds, as well as close collaborative working with Occupational Therapy.
