We have an opportunity to recruit a  Front of House Assistant to support our Front of House team as part of our Place Based 2  administration hub in the Stein Centre. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work. The current hours of the post are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.

 We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

Due to the nature of this role unfortunately there is no opportunity for hybrid working.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this

This role will involve answering telephone queries for all CWP services within Wirral, including contact with service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls as appropriate. In addition, the successful applicant will cover reception areas across Wirral when necessary. Applicants should have an enthusiastic, professional and pleasant manner at all times and have a flexible, “can do” approach. You will be someone who uses their initiative, common sense, and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Full training will be given.
