Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Transformation Team, providing high‑quality project and administrative support across a wide range of transformation, productivity and Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) initiatives.

The role will work flexibly supporting multiple workstreams, contributing to service redesign, operational and workforce transformation, and wider improvement activity across the Trust.
You will be highly organised, confident working with data and documentation, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Previous experience of working in the NHS and supporting projects or programmes is essential. An interest in transformation, improvement or productivity work would be an advantage.
Previous applicants need not apply.
