Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team here on Aston Unit in Congleton. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse to work on our community elderly care ward specialising in Intermediate Care
You will be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic nursing team who will help and support you whether you are starting out in your career or have years of experience.
Hours per week: 22.25
Please be advised we are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship to non-UK residents.
Main duties of the job
The role of a staff nurse is to be part of the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of high-quality nursing care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the staff nurse will ensure patients receive the highest level of care, delivered using a holistic , patient focused approach, while ensuring high standards of documentation are maintained.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team.

- Current first level registration in General / Adult nursing
