We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Team Assistant to join our Facilities Team at Millbrook in Macclesfield. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year to work on the Bollin ward.

Successful candidates will receive full training and a uniform will be provided.

The hours of work are: 6 hours a week, Saturday and Sunday 4pm - 7pm.

Duties will include cleaning all areas of the kitchen, boosting food etc and adhering to strict hygiene controls including temperature monitoring of fridges etc.

You will be required to work as part of a team and be flexible within your working approach e.g. cover for annual leave and sickness. Previous experience in a catering environment would be advantageous, if not, training will be provided.

CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below £8.45, pay will be supplemented to this level.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
