Job overview

As a Bank Receptionist of the Living Well Hub you will support the Living Well Hub management team with the day-to-day running of the Hub to ensure the smooth, safe and effective delivery of services.  The role will work closely with Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who will act as the lead tenant for the building.  

You will be a strong advocate for the Warrington-wide ‘living well’ ethos, building relationships between providers and actively encouraging members of the public to access the Hub and the services that may benefit them. 

The role will be a busy and varied role requiring you to multi-task and to work to deadlines.  It will demand a high level of interaction with multiple stakeholders, including staff and service users, therefore an ability to build and maintain excellent relationships across a wide group of partners will be essential.

Main duties of the job

Act as a meet and greeter for service users and professionals as they arrive at the hub.

Register patients for their pre-booked appointments at the hub and direct them to the appropriate waiting area, encouraging them to connect with other services whilst they wait.

General housekeeping of the space within the hub.

To support the Living Well Hub Management Team will admin support.

Acting as a first point of contact for both service users and professionals using the hub.

Providing service users with relevant information, advice and guidance where appropriate.

Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the hub.
