Main duties of the job
So we are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individuals with experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

- Good basic education GCSE Qualification or equivalent in Maths and English
- C & G Level 3 Electrical Qualification or similar

- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar
- Fire alarm system maintenance
Experience

- Electrical fault finding and repair

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
