We are looking for caring, motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our Virtual Care Team at Cornwall Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to support patients in a modern, innovative service that provides care in new and flexible ways.
As part of our team, you will work closely with registered healthcare professionals, helping to deliver safe and effective care to patients. You’ll bring compassion, reliability, and a commitment to supporting people in line with their individual needs and preferences.

Main duties of the job
- To assist in the delivery of clinical care, planned and assessed by the Registered HCPs.
- To carry out care / other duties under indirect supervision of a Registered HCP.
- Support care on a day-to-day basis for all patients in the clinical area in a manner sensitive to the individual clients’ needs and wishes, always acknowledging their rights and beliefs.
- Contribute to resource management within the clinical area.
