  • To  support other members of the multi disciplinary team to deliver psychologically informed care, with support from experienced members of the team
  • To act as a highly specialist resource to the wider professional community.
  • To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic clinical governance of psychological practice across the Service Lines and within the Paediatric Psychological Services team
  • To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and clinically relevant research
  • To contribute to clinical placements and teaching of psychological professionals and non-psychologists
  • To foster regional and national links with other professionals and teams providing similar services
  • To provide timely, accurate service line reporting information against contracted activity.
