Job overview

We are looking for a flexible and conscientious administrator to join our Stroke team to assist in the collection of data for Stroke National Audit submissions, monitoring for clinical governance and to ensure standards are maintained whist delivering patient care. 

Main duties of the job

To provide information collection, audit and reporting services to the Stroke Directorate.

Input and audit all Stroke data and maintain the Capture Stroke database to ensure the Trust can report on our Stroke performance against key metrics

This role audits data quality, completes exception reporting, inputs online manual reporting to SSNAP and holds monthly reconciliation meetings with coders to ensure accuracy in diagnoses. 

Maintain good links and relationships with other RCHT departments and Primary Care Trusts 

Customer base – Managers, Consultants, Clinicians, All Stroke and Eldercare staff members and other internal departments
