Physiotherapy Technical Instructor - Band 3 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for additional physiotherapy technical instructors to join our friendly physiotherapy team. The post holders will join our dynamic and supportive team in the rehabilitation of patients at the Cumberland Infirmary.

Main duties of the job

The post holders will be working with patients on the in-patient wards and within an out-patient setting delivering pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation programmes. They will provide high quality physiotherapeutic interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This service provides patient centred specialist assessment and rehabilitation with the aim of regaining function following acute illness and improving function and quality of life for patients with chronic respiratory and cardiac conditions. Applications from those with a sports science background are welcome.

The post holder will work flexibly to support the wider physiotherapy service.
