Job overview

The Learning Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to staff within the Practice Development Team.  This will include providing support to staff from across the organisation on a daily basis, dealing with routine enquiries and assisting in the provision of a quality administrative service.  The postholder is also responsible for updating and maintaining  databases, ensuring accurate and effective management of data on a wide range of  data.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone with good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with routine enquiries from staff (face to face, email, phone) around learning, development and training activities.

Have a good attention to detail with the ability to collate and analyse information.

You will be part of a small admin team that supports a wider team with a range of admin duties from inputting onto a database, contributing to the development of SOP's and the ongoing development of processes/procedures in order to maximise productivity and support standardisation within the team.

You will be expected to carry out routine office procedures e.g. photocopying etc and replying to routine enquires.

We are a dynamic team and are looking for someone who has a 'can do' attitude to work.

  • NVQ Level II in Business Administration or equivalent portfolio of experience

  • RSA Level 2, ECDL or equivalent
