Senior Community Occupational Therapist

Due to a secondment  within the community therapy service we are seeking forward thinking and dynamic band 6 Occupational Therapist to temporarily join our team here in Copeland.

Copeland ICC covers a large geographical area of natural beauty on the western coast of Cumbria and including the western Lake District National Park areas of Ennerdale and Wasdale.  From the coast at St. Bees to the summit of Scafell Pike, Copeland is fantastic place to live and work.  The post is based within the Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) which provides urgent community response, community rehabilitation, inpatient community ward therapy and outpatient rehabilitation clinics.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, team player to join us in our ambition to deliver high quality care to our patients.  As a clinician you will independently assess and treat routine and complex patients in the community and outpatient settings with a variety of conditions, holding your own caseload and signposting to other services when needed.  You will be supported in your own professional development, have the opportunity to pursue clinical interests while continuing to deliver a service across a broad base of practice.  As a member of the CRS, you would benefit from a supportive and knowledgeable team in your day-to-day work and your professional development.

If this post sounds like something you are interested in, we would love to hear from you!
