Post name: Consultant – Trauma & Orthopaedics with specialist interest in Upper Limb surgery at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust with base at Royal Lancaster Infirmary - Approved by the Royal College of Surgeons

The Lake District is quite probably the most beautiful region in England and not surprisingly the National Park is the most visited in the country. Holiday makers are attracted here by the stunning scenery, the wealth of leisure activities and the multitude of good places to eat and drink. We are therefore delighted to offer this great opportunity for a suitably trained Orthopaedic surgeon to take up a permanent Consultant post working in a highly successful, modern department delivering outstanding results in a breathtakingly beautiful part of England.

Our strong ties with Lancaster University offer great opportunities to get involved with teaching medical students and with research.
