We have an exciting opportunity for you to work within the Diagnostic and Clinical Support Collaborative providing PA support to the Triumvirate.
The role of the PA is to provide the Collaborative Triumvirate with a high quality and consistent level of administrative and secretarial support.
This is a demanding, fast-paced and varied role, which requires a confident communicator with experience of negotiating and influencing staff at a senior level, combined with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. It requires a dynamic, motivated and forward thinking individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team work ethic.

Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant admin support to the Triumvirate within the Collaborative. Resolving day-to-day challenges independently, making informed decisions within area of responsibility, ensuring that agreed targets are met in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures are a key focus of the role.
Undertake the full range of PA duties, including day to day diary management, meeting facilitation, minute taking, report writing, management of agendas, and action logs, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence all in line with Trust confidentiality policies and procedures.
