The Community Collaborative provides a range of adult community health services to people living within West and North Cumbria working closely with Commissioners, GPs, Acute and Community Hospitals, Cumbria Health Ltd, Local Government and third sector organisations.

The focus of the Community Phlebotomist is to reduce pressures on medical and nursing staff by providing a supportive service for collection of bloods and other samples in identified Community Clinics. Phlebotomists support the efficiencies within the Community Collaborative whilst ensuring that the organisation and leadership of nursing and midwifery services supports the delivery of the highest standards of patient care in the pursuance of the Trust’s objectives.
