Job overview
This role involves assisting the Head of Workforce Education & Development to deliver Apprenticeship related initiatives which meet the Trust's professional educational needs and promotes corporate values.
You will support the delivery and administration of Apprenticeship frameworks; those delivered by the Trust and those delivered by third parties on behalf of the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Support the delivery and administration of Apprenticeship Frameworks within the Trust.
Promote Apprenticeship Programmes across the Trust and wider NHS external organisations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Level 4 Diploma or Higher Apprenticeship in Information, Advice & Guidance (or willingness to work towards)
Skills
Essential criteria
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure including ability to multitask across a range of work areas.
Desirable criteria
- Welsh Language Skills are desirable levels 1 to 5 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of co-ordination of educational and development programmes.

- Ability to travel within geographical area.
