We have exciting opportunities for highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator to work within the Care Home Support Service. This team will be focusing on specialist advice, support, signposting and training for staff within Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS FT as well as care homes across Derby and Derbyshire.
If you have an interest in supporting Ageing Well in Care Homes and you are excited to help develop services within community then this is the role for you. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem solving skills that will enable you to work within a variety of community settings.
If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise competent, evidence based clinical care delivery we want to hear from you.
