Job overview
If you have been working as a Band 5 Dietitian with an interest and some experience working with adults who have diabetes and are looking to move to the next step in your career this part time role might be for you.
The successful candidate will join our team of 28 staff (dietitians, a nutrition support nurse, assistant dietitian practitioners and an administrative assistant) who are based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
The Trust supports remote working and working from home for all team members as appropriate to role and services.
Candidates wishing to work part time are invited to apply indicating they wish to work part time.

To be actively involved in the implementation and development of Quality Governance.
To advise the Head of Nutrition and Dietetic Service and the Acute Dietetic Team Leader on professional issues relating to adult diabetes.

- HCPC registered
- Post graduate dietetic diabetes training

- Significant postgraduate dietetic experience in an NHS in and outpatient setting
- Experience of working with adults with diabetes
- Teaching experience
- Involvement in dietetic practice placements
