Job overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated ESR Project Support Administrator to join our team during an exciting period of growth and innovation as we roll out ESR Manager Self Service across the Organisation.  As the primary workforce management system used across the NHS, ESR plays a pivotal role in our operations. By joining our team, you will contribute to driving positive change within the trust, helping us deliver improved services and support to all employees.

 

Main duties of the job

·       To support the ESR Team, the wider Workforce and Organisational Development (OD) team and the Trust overall in the implementation of ESR Manager Self Service. 

·       To update & maintain accurate access to ESR which supports the rollout program.

·       Creates user access controls for managers and administrators on ESR, advice on system usage and maintenance of data quality within ESR.

·       Performs a range of administrative duties including data input, creating and delivering a range of communication and engagement initiatives and basic workforce reporting.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent to include English and Maths ar grades A-C (or equivalent)

 

Experience

·        Recent experience of working in a data processing environment

·        Experience of inputting data into systems and maintaining records

·        Experience of using ESR

Desirable criteria

·        Experience of supporting projects

·        Experience of producing reports and presenting data

·        Experience of creating and administering communication media such as intranet sites

·        Experience of arranging training or other events

 

Skills and knowledge

·        Ability to prioritise workload

·        Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing to staff at all levels
