Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Medical Staffing Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role supports the medial staffing processes, including assisting in the recruitment of doctors of all grades with their onboarding, ensuring compliance and safe staffing levels. The post holder will be required to assist with the co-ordination of allocations and the rotation of Resident Doctors and be their central contact and help provide resolution for their queries.
Main duties of the job
To undertake a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of Medical Staffing and Education services on behalf of the Trust and external commissioners.
To develop and maintain medical staffing and post-graduate medical education expertise in order to provide appropriate advice and support to service users.
To support the Medical Staffing & PGME Services Lead to ensure key team objectives are delivered on schedule and in line with protocols & procedures.

- Educated to A ‘level standard or equivalent
- ICDL or equivalent certificate/evidence of training (must be computer literate with Microsoft and e-mail applications, and able to use web-based tools).
