Head of Organisational Development,  Leadership and Wellbeing

We are seeking an experienced and values‑led Head of Organisational Development, Leadership and Wellbeing to lead our Trust‑wide approach to culture, leadership development, organisational development and staff wellbeing.

Reporting to the Director of People, Organisational Development & Inclusion, you will provide expert OD leadership, deliver high‑impact cultural and leadership programmes, and ensure our People Plan priorities are translated into meaningful and measurable outcomes. Main duties of the job

The post holder will operate using a consultancy-based organisational development model, working in close partnership with Executive Directors, senior leaders, managers, staff and People services colleagues to diagnose organisational and cultural challenges, co-design tailored interventions and support sustainable change. This includes leading Trust-wide culture programmes, designing and delivering team-level interventions, and providing expert advice and challenge on organisational change, leadership effectiveness and ways of working.

A core element of the role is leadership of staff experience activity, including responsibility for the NHS Staff Survey, Pulse Surveys and other staff feedback mechanisms.
