Come and join our Erewash Living Well team!
This is a new and exciting mental health offer for the people of Erewash in line with the Community Mental Health Framework.
You'll be working alongside experienced Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Peer Workers and Wellbeing Coaches in a multi-agency team who offer short term interventions.
You bring: compassion, innovation, fun, a caring attitude, a desire to help people be their best selves, invaluable nursing skills and a strong sense to collaborate with people.
We offer: the chance to work with amazing people from all organisations and walks of life, gain experience in community mental health, be part of a holistic mental health offer, ongoing regular supervision, innovative training and join a community network of highly motivated people.
You must hold a Mental Health professional qualification, applied knowledge & training in strategies to support individuals to manage their difficulties.
We would welcome informal visits with prior arrangement to meet our team.

Complete initial conversations to help people plan what they need.
Hold a case load of people with deteriorating/fluctuating mental health problems and work alongside them to help achieve their goals.
Discuss initial enquires with anyone in the system.
"Do” safeguarding - it's everybody's business.
Consider capacity and choice in every contact.
Attend Living Well Team meeting structure – relative to WTE.
Demonstrate post registration experience with a thirst for something different.
Be a role model, offering mentoring and supervision to other staff and students.
Be part of our group offer to clients.
You will need to have the ability to transport yourself and service users across a wide geographical area without compromising service needs.

- Knowledge and application of Nursing assessments and interventions and outcome measures, relevant to client group (Eg: DBT, CBT, MBCT, Psychologically informed interventions)
