We have a fabulous opportunity for two highly motivated, enthusiastic  Phlebotomist to work with the Integrated Community Team within the community nursing teams Covering Derbyshire Dales ( Ashbourne, Matlock & Bakewell).

Hours of working would be between 8:30am and 3.30pm; split across  Monday-Friday. 

We have 2  post part time posts available and flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Our team focusses on providing excellent patient-centred care to people.  Therefore, it is essential that you have a keen interest and experience in phlebotomy.

Other skills will be required and we are happy to teach the successful candidate how to provide simple health checks for our patients and how to complete the electronic documentation on SystmOne.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop skills and knowledge within  our team  and  develop a career in healthcare.

Care is delivered within patients own homes and care home settings.

If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise competent, evidence-based, clinical care on  delivery - we want to hear from you!
