" The service has great flexible working opportunities"

" There is lots of support available from specialists, approachable team members and good internal/external training opportunities"

"We have regular support on Microsoft teams chats and virtual meetings, as well as time to meet face-to-face at the office.  There is a dedicated mentor for new Band 5 SLTs and a Band 5 peer support network"

Main duties of the job

We mainly work in local educational settings, using a collaborative approach to support families and keyworkers to understand their children's needs and how best to support them.

This involves direct assessment, as well as providing programmes and implementing environmental strategies.

We are a welcoming and caring team with excellent support structures in place for all colleagues.

Working for our organisation

Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
