We are looking for a motivated and experienced Neonatal nurse to complement our  Nursing Workforce.  As a NICU we are a progressive level 3 service currently providing 14 IC / high dependency beds, 8 special care and 18 transitional care cot’s, serving the population of Devon and Cornwall. As part of the SW ODN, we enjoy collaborative working with our regional colleagues, ensuring that we continue to deliver current evidence based neonatal care.

Our accomplished nursing establishment,  ANNP team,  Outreach Service and tier of support staff facilitate the delivery of highly specialised care in partnership with parents upholding the ethos of Family Integrated Care. We host the SONAR South Neonatal Transport Service which provides an expert  retrieval service for infants born across the region. This highly specialised service also provides opportunity for experienced QIS staff to advance their clinical skills.
