We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate staff nurses to join our friendly cardiology team on Braunton Ward. We are an acute Cardiology ward, specialising in heart failure and also caring for patients with arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes and valve disease.

This is a great opportunity to develop clinical experience and skills in a fast paced acute cardiology ward. As a band 5 registered nurse you will have the opportunity to provide specialist care for patients with a variety of cardiology conditions, whilst working with an exceptionally supportive and positive team. PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY * Providing and delivering a high standard of nursing care by initiating and co-ordinating the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of individual patients needs based on evidence. This includes all aspects of care from admission to discharge.
